Frequently Asked Questions
What is FFW’s mission?
My mission is to empower my community to make confident, informed financial decisions by providing honest, independent guidance they can trust.
Are you licensed to sell insurance in Pennsylvania?
Yes! I’m a licensed insurance producer in Pennsylvania for Life, Accident, and Health lines, and I’m appointed with multiple top-rated insurance carriers to give you more choices.
Do you work with specific companies or shop around?
I’m independent, which means I’m not tied to just one company. I shop multiple insurance providers to find options that fit your needs and budget.
Are you local to the community?
Yes! I live and work right here in Pennsylvania. I’m not just here to sell you a policy; I want to be a resource you can count on for years to come.
Do you work with individuals, families, or small businesses?
All of the above. Whether you’re looking for personal coverage, protecting your family, or offering benefits to your employees, I can help.
How does the consultation process work?
It’s a simple process. We start with a conversation to understand your needs and goals. From there, I’ll present clear, tailored options so you can choose what works best for you. No pressure, no jargon, and no rush.
What services do you offer?
I help individuals, families, and small businesses find the right insurance and financial solutions from life insurance to health coverage (including Medicare options). My goal is to provide financial guidance to help you protect and grow what matters most and accomplish your goals.
Do you charge for consultations?
Nope! My consultations are completely free. If you decide to move forward with a policy, the insurance company pays me, not you!
Do I need to bring anything to our first meeting?
If you can, bring any current insurance policy documents, a list of your questions, and basic information about your needs. But if you don’t have that yet, no worries we can still start the conversation.
Can we meet virtually, or do you only work in person?
We can meet however is easiest for you. We can meet in person, over the phone, or via Zoom. Many of my clients prefer virtual meetings because it saves time.
Why is having insurance important?
Insurance is a safety net that protects you and your loved ones from unexpected financial hardships. It gives you peace of mind knowing you’re prepared for life’s uncertainties.
How do I know which insurance coverage is right for me?
Everyone’s situation is different. I take time to understand your goals and concerns, then guide you through options that make the most sense for you. No pressure, just honest advice.
How often should I review my insurance coverage?
It’s a good idea to review your policies at least once a year or after any big life changes, like marriage, having kids, or buying a home. I’m here to help make sure your coverage stays up to date.
How do you get paid?
The insurance companies pay me a commission when you choose a policy, you never pay me directly for my services. My job is to make sure you get the best coverage for your needs, not to sell you something you don’t want.
Why should I work with you instead of buying directly from a company?
When you buy directly from a company, you only see their products. When you work with me, you get access to multiple companies, clear explanations, and ongoing support — plus a local point of contact you can call anytime.
Are you local to the community?
Yes! I live and work right here in Pennsylvania. I’m not just here to sell you a policy; I want to be a resource you can count on for years to come.
